All three of the LPP All Star teams have shown impressive wins and remain in the winners' brackets of the District 7 tournament. Next games are as follows:

10/11 – Championship Round at Tahoe Tallac at 5:30 (Opponent TBD)

From June 30: Land Park 11/12 All Stars Get by East Sacramento
With Land Park up 2-0 in the early going, East Sac launched a threat by sending a runner home from second on a single up the middle, only to be nailed at home by a spectacular throw from centerfielder Luke Jones. The tone was set, and Land Park, supported by solid defense, pitching, and timely hitting by several players, eventually broke away from East Sac for a convincing 9-2 victory. A great team effort. Next game is against Pocket, Monday July 7 at 5:30.

From July 3: A nail-biting, come-from-behind victory demonstrated the value of teamwork and positive attitude when LPP won 13-12 over East Sac LL. Congratulations to all three of our home run hitters.
