For Monday, July 7: 11/12 All Stars say “Let’s Play 3!”
The Little League All Stars suffered a setback today, losing a tough game to Pocket 4-3. The game was dominated by solid pitching on both sides, and Land Park Pacific was a mere 60 feet away from tying the game in the 6th, with a runner on 3rd, 2 outs, but a sharp grounder ended the game. The boys fought hard, coming back and never giving up. They face Tahoe Tallac tomorrow (Tuesday) at 5:30, and will need to win the next three games (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) to advance. They are definitely up to the task. Come show your support at the East Sacramento Little League fields.
